on 6 island in the sevii island at the dotted hole were you have to cut it down but i have a problem there is a guy infront of it and he will not move dose any one know what i have to do

on island 6 at the dotted hole i know you have to use cut to get the door open but i have a problem there is a guy in front of the door and i dont know why can anybody help me PLEASE!!!!!!
