    Emerald hack: Pokémon Inclement Emerald: A Decomp Difficulty Hack [Version 1.13]

    Pretty sure I just softlocked myself, I updated right after I beat brawly and I saw dock at the shipyard, but the aqua grunts will not move out of the way at all. I tried resetting events but that didn't work either. Edit: nvm I wasn't supposed to do that, my b lol
