Hi! My name is Beth, known as TheBeepBoopBop in the Podfic community and TeamRocketBeth on Pokemon Go. As long as I can remember I have loved Pokemon. I have vague memories of playing Pokemon Red Version and Yellow Version on my sister's Game Boy Color, and I received my very own Pokemon game for the first time, along with a Game Boy Advance, one Christmas from Santa. It was Pokemon Ruby Version and I loved it with all my heart.

For a long time that was the only game I'd played to completion, multiple times. Due to the pressures to "be normal" and "fit in", I squashed my love of Pokemon down to do more "girly" things. I only picked the games up again when Sun/Moon came out. There's still a lot I haven't played, but I'm making my way through them as best I can. I'm getting into ROMhacks and exploring the best ones - feel free to recommend any you've played and enjoyed!

I'm now able to share my love of Pokemon with my eldest daughter, who is 7, and introduce her to the games. She's watching Indigo League and Master Journeys of her own volition at the moment, and I'll openly encourage her exploration of the franchise as long as she shows an interest in it!
