    [PBS Question] Disable fly when in certain area

    Hi, I'm new to pokemon essentials and would like to know how I would go about preventing the use of fly when in certain maps without turning the outdoor tag off in map metadata so I can keep the day/night cycles. (I also don't know which prefix to use for this thread so i put it under pbs question)
