Quartz has moved repositories. But not really. If that's confusing, let me explain. Recently, I've had to move the repository you may have previously been watching on Github. That project has now been moved to TheHeadmaster/QuartzOld because of a major overhaul with changelogs and history...

Currently that's all it is, I was just referring to my future plans for it. If you only want to use it as a dex editor, you can, and just ignore the other features that will be added.

After some feedback and consideration, I have decided to change this project into a fully-fledged engine that will effectively replace RMXP / Pokemon Essentials. I will keep you all posted on the progress.
