Mewtwo is the strongest for sure. Mew is very powerful too. With sacred ash on ho-oh and aeroblast on lugia they can be pretty beastly also. Out of non-legendaries Dragonite is the best pokemon imo, I believe hes better than tyranitar as I had both at level 100 and Dragonite worked better for...

There is a way to catch Celebi now but it is an advanced glitch that I do not have the time to do anymore. My silver version's battery died so my amazing line up has died with it. :(

Yea it is. That happened to my gold. There is a spot on the forum that answers how to fix it if you want. I don't think you will be able to recover the data though. :'(
