On the Zubat part: It was intended that Struggle had 1 base power, maybe that´s why it deals only 1 damage, also i though it learnt Absorb instead of Leech Life, for beating the Geodudes or other Rock Pokemon. Also, on the Misty part: Lol, that was intended for the rival, but it seems the code...

If you are refering to cheats, idk man, the game´s code has been so modified that i don´t think they would work, for that i would need to know how to make working cheats, and that´s not a priority for me now.

There is a way to swap the starter, you would need to change the STARTER_PIKACHU for the pokemon you want in scripts/OaksLab.asm (in full caps), but for that you would need the dissasembly and build the rom (it is on the Discord server). Also no, the universal Pokemon randomizer dosen´t work and...

I haven´t considered it, since i have no plans to add new types and i feel these mons i feel like they were made with their typings in mind (although i could make Umbreon a Poison type and Sylveon a Normal type, but that would be kinda weird)
