Save data can be found in the %appdata% folder. Unfortunately I did not implement automatic backup saves, but if you need help, you can contact me on discord with your save file and I can fix it.

Go to the research lab (big building on the North side), then the bottom right on the lowest floor.

You can get up to level 20 for that fight, but defeating most of the trainers up to that point should be enough. Keep in mind I've tried to increase the difficulty, so it may take a few tries. Also, there aren't any flying types available (currently), it's part of the story which you'll find out...

Hidden abilities are locked right now, but in the future I'll probably just made all hidden abilities functions like regular abilities.
