    Playing on 3.0.8. Currently reshuffling my team around chapter 10, looking to add sound eevee to my team but can't. Eevee is currently lv 8 (haven't touched it) it has a sound type move but when it holds the sound gem and I level it nothing happens. Is my eevee too low level? Has this pokemon...
