I never thought to ask this until now, but what exactly about the 1.5 update makes it so hard to mod?

it was with the title updates (also the "New 3DS CPU" option was off, I'll check what option is best with the hack). the "clock" option helps a lot with slowdown in clothing shops, while "L2" seemed to do nothing the "clock+L2" option seemed to work the best.
