What is EV's and IV's and how do they relate to training? I'd interested in getting my Pokémon better trained and also breeding, and I've heard stuff about EV's or IV's related to this. Can someone explain to me what they are what they do and how I can train my Pokémon to get better EV/IV?

I made a list earlier about my gripes with the games: -can't take off roller skates -can't customize PSS -PSS is not well organized IMO -confusing camera in Lumiose City and other areas -confusing game mechanics, like Poké Miles (never really formally explained)

I preordered Pokémon Y from my local Target a week ago. Unfortunately my parents decided to go out of town and bring me along a few hours ago without telling me beforehand... There's a Target somewhat nearby, and I want to know if I can bring my preorder card and receipt to it without problems...
