    I've played all of the pokies and never seen one, only way i got one is via gameshark, but I don't treat them as shines as I cheated.

    Well here goes:- *Breeding to actually mean somet not just getting a lower level poké of the same type... e.g breeding a togepi and a jirachi makes a new breed instead of either a togepi or jirachi....... which would make the pokedex bigger - as mentioned by someone else earlier...
