Only started playing fairly recently. Bought yellow, red and silver recently. All of them worked but I changed the battery in all of them anyways just in case of losing saves in the future, also changed the battery in my mates gold.
Ermm OK first off I'm fairly new here and only recently got back into playing pokemon.
So I'm presuming most of you know about the mew glitch in R/B/Y. You know:
. In Cerulean fly/tele away from the dude before he walks up to you
. Go back to Cerulean and fight the dude with the slowpoke

Ah I see. Which gameboy/s have the same slots for inserting a cable into them, if any?
Huzzah! I have found this on Wikepedia:
"When playing Red or Blue on a Game Boy Advance or SP, the standard GBA/SP link cable will not work; players must use the Nintendo Universal Game Link Cable instead."...
Dunno. Read somewhere about the ways that different cables exchange info, compatibility, e.t.c
By the way do you remember which games you used for the trade between the SP and the pocket?
