Hello my name is James. I'm a graphic designer at a screen print shop. Pokémon is a big escape for me. I never really grew up with lots of kids my age around besides family, so I'm a very big introvert. Video games were a fun pastime for me. I had all the Nintendo systems growing up and really got into RPG games when I was in middle school. I really enjoyed Super Mario Bros. RPG , giga pets came out around that time, and when I saw Pokémon in Nintendo Power I knew I would enjoy the game.

I loved playing Pokémon when it came out, I stopped after Red/Blue and got back into the games with Diamond. I play the video games and train Pokémon to battle in ranked battles. I'm also building that living dex in Pokémon Home. All the older games I'll trade up all my Pokémon and restart the games.

I play Pokémon Go daily and I'm starting to get involved with the Go community. I still don't have a crew of people to go play with. I missed out on when the game first came out, I started playing Go 8/13/2020.

When I was in High School I got rid of my cards but I collect the tcg and play Pokémon tcg online sometimes, I'm currently completeing the Sun & Moon base set with all reverse rares. It's amazing how big the tcg is now. I wish I kept up with the game but I was embarrassed then. I play Magic the Gathering and without Friday Night Magic events I started to collect card games more.

I don't really share with people that I'm a Pokémon Maniac in the real world. I would really like to make friends to share our passion for Pokémon. I'm older now and I don't care anymore about being into Pokémon. I want to be part of the community more and share with everyone.

I've been skatboarding since 1999, about the time I took a break from Pokémon. I volunteer to fund raise and teach skateboard lessons. Most of my close friends were made from skateboarding so I don't have any Pokémon friends.

I'm an artist, I usually will be painting something every month or filling out my sketchbook.

I love nature and hiking. Pokémon Go fits into my love of exploring trails and climbing to the top hills, and mountains.

I'm a big movie head and enjoy going to theaters.
