Yes, it's called Superpower. It's actually probably Regircok's best contest move. Considering it has 6 appeal points and no Jam points. Superpower makes combos with Lock-On and MindReader. Unfortunately, Regirock can only learn Lock-On (@ Lv.57) (Also, keep in mind that Lock-On isn't a Tough...

Well, you could try downloading it from a client such as iMesh or KaZaA. That, or I could send it to you via mesenger from my sister's computer. I think she might have it. I've never been on it...
