Had to go with Vanilluxe. Poison type pokemon > ice type in my opinion plus the derpyness of Garbrador at least gives me a laugh everytime i see it. Vanilluxe not so much :/.

I actually disagree -- but I think the degree of villainy between them is really narrow because Cyrus would be my number 2. I think what puts 'ol Ghetsy in my number 1 spot for villainy is he's the kind of villain I tend to gravitate to. Are his ambitions as grand and all-encompassing as Cyrus...

This seems to be an issue common to all sandbox-ish battle games when they get expansions. I know WoW had similar issues -- and each attempt they made to "fix" classes either broke them in the bad way or made them so OP it created whole new issues.
