It's been a bit delayed for various reasons. It shouldn't be much longer. Save states are incompatible between versions. Load your save state in the version you made it in, then save the game normally (to the battery). Use the battery save on the newest version of the ROM.

Yeah it's still being worked on I've just been busy. You can play version 0.4.7.2 on a flash cart in a DS/3DS. You can also play on basically any computer with an NDS emulator (iOS/Android/Unix/Windows).
