This has bothered me as well - unfortunately, these sprites match the official ones used in D/P/Pt.

The gameplay up to Nimbasa city seemed very fast-paced - I arrived to the 4th Gym in a couple of hours. Does the gameplay slow down or will I be able to finish the E4 tomorrow?

I'd like to point out two errors with the shadow of this house. What's circled in red means the shadow there is missing completely... What's circled in yellow means the shadow should be somewhat lowered, just like the roof of the house gets lower and the smaller part of the house itself goes...

As spontaneously as I can. Seriously, I've had it with all the spoilers, and the team planning. I'll just randomly pick my starter and catch Pokemon as I go along.

I have Black - does that mean that when the two games come out in October, am I obliged to buy Black 2, since I like White 2 better? What effect does it have, if any? Thanks in advance. :)

Yes, but in a good way. I never get shinies, so this is about the only chance to get one.

This sounds great, but why only after completing the game? D: The Gym Leaders of the original games were too easy anyway, post-E4 wasn't.

Alright, I understand where you're going with this. (Un)fortunately your standards are so high you cannot but rely solely on yourself. I'll still be following this thread, and thanks for the service you're doing for the community. I wish you the best of luck.

Now that's not completely fair. I think I outdid myself with Swellow, and the rest are pretty good too. On the other hand, the gender differences make me ask a question: which sprite are you using in your rombase hack?

I'm doing Taillow & Swellow next. EDIT: Next I'll be doing Lotad, Lombre & possibly Ludicolo.
