On ruby i got a shiny Voltorb. it's blue and now an elecrode

Mine My team is Blaziken lv 100 Azumarril lv 100 Flygon lv 100 Alakazam lv 50 with fire, ice and trunder punch. ^_^ Machamp lv 50 with rock slide! And a lv 50 Umbreon. I also have all 386 in my Ruby pokedex. Do any of you? Not limited to Ruby.
