    [Idea] The Ultimate ROM Hacking Tool: The Garage

    I don't know much about it, but even so, the tool itself would have to be built to work with a specific line of games, wouldn't it? Like it would only work for Gen IV games, or even only DS games, if it was written to work with those, and wouldn't work on other games. Or not?
