That "mewthree" in the screenshot of X and Y is probably involved with the new villain team. Kinda like Team Rocket and Mewtwo, but this time with a twist, that's what I cannot come up with :P And I'd still stick with the DNA/Genetic theme though, if the "mewthree" relation is... well, false :D
