For my Pokemon game? Provide a fun game that captures the spirit of the original and gets finished. For any game? To provide an amazing experience with good gameplay and story that people enjoy. But the underlying goal? To have a blast and meet people :)

When (if) it comes out, I see it being multi-platform for PS3, 360, and WiiU. With the multi plat of FFXIII, rumored multi-plat of FF Versus, and the high costs of developing, I see it being multiplatform.
