Tool: PKSV - Pokémon Script Editor + GUI
I'm having a problem with PKSV... Whenever I extract it I get an error: "could not load scintilla.dll! Make sure you extracted PKSV-UI correctly!" well, I did, and it use to work, not it doesn't.
