I was wondering... When do we know when an event is going to happen? More importantly, I want to be able to actually get to the Darkrai and Arceus events without a problem. Anyone know anything about these things?

Don't know about Darkrai (in fact that's what I wanted to do). But for Arceus, you need the Heaven's Pipe and you go to the Spear Pillar, I think.
