I already got a copy of the source code of Emerald but I'm not sure which code script file I should look into to edit the pokedex screen. So far I've found the pokedex.c file but when I read the code, I can't seem to find the part that prints out "[Species] POKeMON" (as seen in the screenshot...
I'm trying to make a Malay translation of Pokemon Emerald and I've been using Hex Maniac Advance to edit the texts. But so far my biggest issues are that I can't find the texts in choice boxes (boy & girl choice specifically, LSA's Multi-Choice Box Editor doesn't show it either) and to follow...
I'm not really feeling the vibe for the new starters. I like the old ones. What happened to them? These new ones look like they can have some tweaks. If the old starters are still in the Pokedex, then I don't mind it that much. Well, good luck with your game. :)
Hey what do i do after the 3rd badge? I'm kinda confused. Oh by the way, I think you should fix the map because it seems too big and the cities on the map look like small circles. Great music thought.:)
Alright. Great game by the way. Oh yeah I found out that the National Park can be entered freely. The counter guy doesn't even care about you until you talk to him. is that on purpose? I'll post more bugs if i find them.
which part of the script in pokemon actualscene should i edit to delete the enemy trainer appearing after winning/losing a battle? i want to make it so that the trainer stays in the battle scene.
i like the male character but the female one looks like it can be tweaked? her right shoe (my right) is kind of huge and her pose is somewhat awkward. i know you can do better. im supporting this game :)
It looks awesome. But I noticed in the video that when the player gets to the edge of a map, he doesn't stay in the middle of the screen anymore. Is that intentional?
