I don't think it applies to Pokewalker courses, they should be the same for both versions as it's the same technology. Serebii doesn't mention anything about it, I think it's just version-exclusives in-game.

Used to have this game, loved it to death. It's expensive pre-owned so tracking it down again would be difficult. Picked Espeon as my starter as I needed a strong psychic type on Diamond and figured it'd be a good way to level one (in addition to playing the game itself, of course) and said...

So many choices...probably either Murkrow, Eevee or Cubone. In terms of battling, there are too many that I enjoy using. Omastar is one of my favourites though.

I believe that while the original storyline works as a standard, some changes would be good. Pokemon Colosseum and XD had different storylines and proved to be interesting. Then again, why change a winning formula? Personally, I'd like either a fire/grass or a fire/water type.
