Like I replyed to them, I used the correct base rom AND I used the online patcher. Before patching, is it supposed to appear a green checkmark next to CRC32, MD5 and SHA-1, or just one of them? To me, it only shows next to CRC32.

It isn't. On the first page of this thread says: That's the one I used.

The supported and unsupported emulators guide says that the recommended one for PC is mGBA but when I load the game, it immediately crashes. Am I doing something wrong? Also, when if I choose the female character, I can access the PC normally and withdraw the Potion, unlike with the male...

It's 100% vanilla. I haven't applied any patches or mods to them. What version did you use when you modified the ROM? The roms usually have a ID code. For example, some Emerald hacks require the 1986 Pokemon Emerald (U)(Trash Man). I also tried the aforementioned rom and it gives the same...

Yes. When I choose a ROM file, the message "Source ROM checksum mismatch" appears next to the "Apply patch" button. And if I apply the patch anyway, the rom stays vanilla. I also tried Beat Patcher and it gives the error "Patch application has failed!".

What is the required vanilla rom "version"? I tried two different Emerald roms and the patcher doesn't patch.
