    Where can you get shiny pokemons? I replayed a few times, and sometimes i can talk to pokemons that are shiny, and sometimes I can't. How exactly does it work?

    So I don't know if this has been answered or not. But the Pokemons ain't following me. They did until I encountered bulbasaur, but than stopped. Is that normal or is it a glitch?
