Honestly the only thing I want out of Sun and Moon is a lot more indepth involved story, and a crap ton of lore/post game/hidden content. I consider X/Y their attempt at "testing the waters". ORAS was just a remake with a few added goodies. Now, Sun and Moon SHOULD in theory be the real deal...
As long as we get confirmation on the starter's final evolutions, I won't care what else is revealed. Then again, that seems to be pushing it, skipping over the second stage and all. Maybe it'll just be some confirmation on the legendaries, and a bit of knowledge on this gen's new game mechanic.
Personally the hate is just a big running gag of a circle jerk. Personally, I despise its design, but I'm still waiting for the final evolution. I mean regardless I choose the fire starter every run, but I still want the thing to have a decent final evolution. The jokes won't end otherwise.
Didn't read up to see if someone already said this idea but, I'm hoping the Gym Leaders are all stationed on their own "island", because I still feel that the 'map' we saw was only one island of many we will be visiting. As for types, we NEED a Dark Gym, and a viciously threatening fire gym.

Personally I feel as though they'll only be available for transfer after the player has completed the main story of the game. From there, they'd possibly unlock some kind of transferring function with the opening of the National Dex (assuming it's not available before post game). From there...
