I get by pretty well on this basic rule: Assume something works in the same way as a similar thing and you'll be fine. Throw in a little politeness* and caution when you start off to cover some potential mistakes and you're good to go. *Politeness optional when operating heavy machinery.

I think it's perfectly reasonable for a forum member to be concerned about how a forum is being used. Unfortunately the method employed when attempting to deal with these instances is a breach of forum rules: it requires off-topic posting. Of course it's not my job to tell you how to do yours...
