I think my most valuable Pokemon objectively speaking was a shiny Butterfree. I had no attachment to it personally. I'd put equal value on any Pokemon I've had that were IV bred and EV trained though, considering time put in to perfect them.

I personally see a lot of discouragement of Delphox usage. Many people include how it is "basically a weaker Victini." It's movepool is a bit shallow, and it's defenses are a bit lower, but it's SpAtk and Speed are a bit higher, and it's still probably effective in a slot Victini would be used...
