Nope, went in solo each time. Post game, tried with friend bow and without just to make sure it wasn’t a glitch with the item. Tried everything. Then I loaded my .sav file into a clean copy of pmd red rescue team and I was immediately able to recruit the legendaries

I think legendary recruitment rates might be broken (like kyogre, zapdos etc) these have relatively high recruitment rates and I've attempted about 30+ times each with no luck. So then I tested with an "easy recruit" cheat that works on everything else, still fail to recruit. Which is a shame...

Just started this hack and enjoying it so far (just beat Roxanne). Probably a dumb question after reading through all these comments: I know shiny odds are vanilla but does that mean dexnav chaining also have no increased odd? So getting an encounter level of 255 and then chaining 100 in a row...
