Wake and Fatina, probably. Wake had a pretty big role in the manga and reminds me of Chuck, another cool gym leader. Fatina was hard as balls in Platinum for my nuzlocke. Ah, and Volkner is cool too but since everyone will vote for him i'll refrain.

When it comes to competitive the only type I NEED to have is a Water type. As far as story mode goes I always seem to have a Water and Rock till very late in the game. Grass, Ground, and Flying seem to find their ways into my team as well.
