I'll agree that none of the gym leaders really had any personality. The gym designs more than made up for them though! Seriously, best gyms of the series bar none.

Yep, this is my view as well. I don't see anything enlightening about this movie apart from the fact that Woody Harrelson hasn't retired from the industry as a result of the Rampart fiasco.

Outside of the lackluster Elite 4, definitely the most difficult game in the series (bar Pokemon Yellow, which IIRC had ridiculous levels). I had to buy a shedload of H. Potions/Revives every time I traversed a route. Not complaining though! Single-player's much more fun this way.

I agree with the sentiment that being frozen solid is much worse than a more 'ordinary' death. Censorship on kids' media can get out of hand at times (hi 4Kids) but I don't think of B/W2 as one of those instances.

idk actually. I think the style of Pokemon games has remained fairly consistent since RSE, and I can't see many possible changes to the original besides the pseudo-3D effect.
