No, grass isn't SE on ice........maybe Vash was thinking about dual water and ice types?? Solarbeam on Groudon would help cover its weakness to water. Even if it doesn't go first, drought will cut any water attacks power by half...so it should survive long enough to use a solarbeam.

Meganium really isn't all that bad though. I use one....just not for sweeping purposes. A Meganium's base stats for its defenses are better than Sceptile's and Venusaur's. Its speed isn't all that great, but it was made more as a tank/annoyer than a sp. sweeper anyway.

Togetics defenses are higher than its attack stats, so try an annoyer Togetic. Set up a defensive wall, then follow in whatever order. Lefties will heal you if the opponent manages to miss you a couple of times. If they switch, you'll keep your evasiveness, so just toxic-attract again! :P
