    Town Map Editor

    I am making a new region using Pokemon Emerald but the map is all retarded looking just like the Hoenn region. Anyone know where I can get a program that will help me change it or at least the name of it? Okay, I figured out that AdvanceMap has one, but I don't know how to use it. Help?
