Alrighty, time to get posting. -Got a lovely little Totodile and named him Jet, just for the fun of things -Went through the grass and battled and walked -Got to Cherrygrove and got the map from the old dude -Headed up and got the Pokedex, and the call from Professor Elm -Battled some more...

One thing, I can't exactly get a Scissor because I don't have any way to trade for an evolution or Pokemon whatsoever. So could I please get a different one? ^^;

Bertha gave me some big issues. It was mostly that darn Quagsire. First it was immune to electric (which I didn't realize until after I attacked, of course) and then it went and used some move (I forget what now, it's been a while since I battled her) and I couldn't hit it. She was evil.

It generally depends on what I'm training, but most often I like having my Quilava out and about with me. Once it evolves, that'll be Typhlosion, but yeah.
