You can use Purple Cherry X (just out) on windows, MyBoy or John GBA emulator on android and GBA4iOS on iOS. All those emulators work, for the windows phone I think it's the best to patch the rom on your PC and send it to your mobile device. 2155720, if you're still having problems, pm me.

Is it normal that the Piplup and its evolutions have a different growth rate than Turtwig or Chimchar? I tried to play this with all starters and I noticed that the Piplup family was on a lower lvl than the Turtwig and Chimchar family. I've done exactly the same run. Weird, isn't it?

What patcher did you use? Try other patchers or try to patch the .ips to another Fire Red rom
