I'm lookin for a 50~ Dewgong IV's and EV's aren't really a big issue to me however some of the attack it should/must know are Sheer Cold and Ice Beam. Also if it could have a nature that is beneficial to Sp. Atk that'd be great, I have a Rhyperior and a Torterra I can throw at this ISO. so...
