I AM sorry - I was dumb- my Eevee had baby doll eyes the entire time - Also two times dumb - should have tested the time with Quilava first - SORRY- Xperience25

I think someone else brought this issue - but I can't evolve Eeevee into Umbreon I think this is a time problem - I tried 3 days in a row but at night in real time (in game it seems at day time idk why)- Xperience25
