Every single pokemon in the Johto area that you requested has at least one type repeat if not two. I'd say either take Skarmory, Lanturn, or Tyranitar, but they all share a common typing with the rest of your team. If you are fine with that, then I say add Skarmory to your team, and have a flyer.
