    Pokemon from GBA to DS?

    I was wondering if there is something out there that can transfer my Fire red pokemon to a ds save? My friend said he can do it with his flash cards and his ds, but then he'll have to do a lot of work (have like a box full of pokemon). I'd like my pokemon to be legit so I want to get them...
