Is there any way to get an additional DeepSea Scale or DeepSea Tooth? Or are Huntail and Gorebyss pretty much one-shot pokemon too?

I think this is what confuses people (like me!) When you say it's changed by the trendy phrase, does that mean it's actually calculated from the trendy phrase by some sort of formula, or does it just change when the trendy phrase does, but isn't actually mathematically related in any way?
