Okay, Then Rattata owns Salamance and every other pokemon that doesnt have a priority move. I use it, it acually works. :O EDIT: Focus Sash lols at SR. You know it's true. You can't hide Rattata's awesomeness.

I'm not a expert on this sort of stuff, but I'd say no. Go with something more like Blissey or Bronzong. They'd probaly get the job done.
