You have to apply the IPS patch to FireRed using LunarIPS. Then when FireRed's patched up, rename it and it's all good to go! Make sure to look for videos on YouTube, there must be many out there.

With the Ronnie thing I think it plays out too fast for the MC to react quickly, it's part of screwing up the mission. And as for Blue, Ditto, it always baffled me why on earth he was there at Silph Co, apart from "I saw you in Saffron."

Yes, that's one way to get HM04. You hand them over to the cops. There's one stationed in each big city. Any mart that sells, but make sure you got a low bounty. You can also get some in the Viridian Heist side mission.

In VBA it's in Options -> Emulator -> Save Type -> Flash 128k Also, you'll need a program called LunarIPS to patch the ROM (if you're using an IPS patch, for others there are other programs). It's easy to use.
