    Request an Individual Moveset / Incomplete Team Help Thread

    Does STAB take effect before or after held items effects? How does that work with held items? I have a Metagross with meteor mash (steel) so it should get STAB, right? Then it's holding an iron-plate. What gets boosted first? His base steel attack power, then STAB adds 50% of that, or vise versa?

    Would you be willing to trade, and then trade back, only so I can add a few more to my dex to trade for on my own? That Rayquaza, Groudon, and Porygon-Z are what I'm looking at. I'd trade them right back if that's acceptable.
