if you use F12 to soft reset, the Overworld Encounters plugin will crash the game once a mon spawns. If you use it to shiny hunt, be sure to save and close the game normally. If you do that, you should be all good!

Try not using the speed up button for this sequence. If you have the solution, you should be able to get thru it. Good luck!

understandable, there was just a major release so the bugs are going to be more prevalent than usual for a bit. You may have better luck once more bugs get smoothed out.

this happened to me as well. My Norton flagged down the extendedtext.exe, which is a common tool that is part of the Essentials pack that I believe usually gets removed from the game folder before it gets sent out. IMO, it is harmless. Hope this helps for context, I am not an IT person or...

Also, hope you see Hard Mode now as an option! The old versions of the game don't automatically update, so best to download a fresh copy if you aren't seeing it. For clarity, the latest version of the game as of this post (May 15th, 2024) is: 2.9.47
