Crunch on tyranitar sounds like a good idea but keep in mind that after ev training it in special attack its special attack will be greater than its attack. I have heard of the curse version of snorlax your talking about but its supposed to be outdated and i liked this version of it better...

well it might be but that is still the explination to the amount of flyings what if they made 3 flying types? then you would have too choose one of those and you would not be able to catch any other flyings untill after the elite 4

well first of all you have done something i ALWAYS avoid at all costs you have more than 2 pokemon whit the same weaknes Snorlax magnezone and snorunt are all weak to fighting types i would change that

i would recomend slowbro (high defence and sp atk and also it knows the attacks yawn and slackoff) or staryu (a werry fast pokemon whit high special attacks that also can learn electric attaks)
