It's a decent team. I think you should use Whimsicott as a lead with Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, Stun Spore and U-Turn, Gigalith as a defensive wall with moves like Toxic and Explosion. Zoroark should be a mixed sweeper with Night Slash, Flamethrower, Focus Blast and U-Turn. Gothitelle and Durant...

Ninetales has good Sp. Defense, so you could try to max out SpDef or make it a mixed wall and mix 252 between SpDef and Defense.

Sometimes you use the same Pokemon in the splice too many times.

Okay, I'm gonna go quickly. As for Ninetales, use WoW over Confuse Ray. As for Lapras, use Thunderbolt. For Magnezone, use Flash Cannon/Thunderbolt/Thunder Wave/Signal Beam.

As for the entire team, you might want to add another wall such as Skarmory. If you choose Skarmory, replace Altaria and use Fly/Rock Slide/Steel Wing/Spikes. All in all, it is good except for the powerup move overuse. You shouldn't have to set up every time you fight.
