I need Someone expert on sprite making. If you are expert, please response. This is urgent.

Please, help me making an icon for this pokemon, and this other one:

Not exactly the type of fusions and sprites I was expecting. Don't try to enlarge the sprites like that, the pixels will distort and by using some digital art programs and graphic programs, it can auto-anti-alias the sprite making it no longer pixel art.
